Problems which moon will face ?

There are 2 possibilities. 1st the moon would move as a pendulum (in and out of the hole). 2nd the moon would revolve around earth in the pattern of the digit 8. 

Problems which earth and the creatures living on it will face ?

We would not face much problems in this situation but in many places climatic conditions would change.  The gravity of the earth would be much similar to Mars,  so literally we could float in the air for some time. To maintain the shape of donut the earth would have to rotate very fast otherwise its sides will collapse with each other. As a day now is 24hrs but in this condition it would only be 2 hrs 45 min,so literally we have to work all day and night.  The most affected by this situation will be the animals and birds because most of the animals/birds have a pattern of coming back to their home before night so they could not be able to feed their children as well as grow them properly.
