Hello friends I know that you all wish to stop time but you don't know that its sooooo useless . So let's discuss about it.  As per the Einsteins theory of relativity you can stop time by traveling at the speed of  light which is impossible for us in the present time.  If you stop time somehow and you can walk in this world there will be 3 possibilities. 1. As the time is stopped you could not see anything because the photons will also stop when the time is stopped.  2. Now you will think that if we can't see then what? We can hear at least ... but you are totally wrong when light is stopped then how can sound waves move ?. 3.
